Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Tikaram Naturals
At Tikaram Naturals, we value the trust you place in us and strive to provide you with the highest-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we have designed this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy to ensure a fair and transparent process. Please read the following terms carefully before making a pruchase.
1. Return & Replacements
We accept returns and replacements if:
You have received a wrong product.
The product is damaged in transit.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Requests beyond this timeline will not be eligible.
To initiate a return , please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 7 days.
Share your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (including packaging).
Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for return/replacement.
Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
Please re-pack the product securely (preferably in original packaging) and ship it to the address provided.
After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, we will initiate either:
Replacement (sending a new product of the same type), or
Refund (processed to your original payment method).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or partially used consumable products (churans, powders, oils, supplements).
Products that are tampered, damaged or not in original packaging.
Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or bundled offers, unless defective.
Any product that has been used contrary to its intended purpose.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or band transfer).
Depending on your band/payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect.
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit or a Tikaram Naturals wallet balance, if preferred by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for products that were:
Incorrectly shipped, or Damaged during transit.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. However, you may raise a return request after delivery (as per return policy).
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days.
6. Shipping & Return Shipping Costs
Initial shipping charges (if any) paid during purchase are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to Tikaram Naturals error (wrong, expired, or damaged product).
For orders above ₹2,000, we recommend using a trackable or insured courier service for returns.
7. Damaged or Expired Products
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or expired product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs/videos as proof.
Our team will review and approve a replacement/refund.

9. Final Decision
Tikaram Naturals reserves the right to accept or reject return/ refund requests based on inspection.
Our decision in such matters will be final and binding.
