We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
For remote or restricted locations, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods (festivals, promotions, or sales), order processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines are 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
For metro cities, delivery may be faster (3-4 business days).
Remote and rural areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered on select products or orders above a specified value (as mentioned on our website).
For other orders, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. except in cases of defective, wrong, or damaged products.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a package that is tampered, damaged, or partially missing please:
Do not accept the delivery, OR
Take clear photographs of the package and notify our customer support team within 48 hours.
We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept, the order, will be returned to us.
Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
9. International Shipping
At present, Tikaram Naturals ships only, within India. International shipping is not available.
